High-Speed Internet: Availability varies and speeds shown may not be available at all service addresses. Certain speeds are only offered in areas served by TDS Fiber. Speed ranges shown are expressed as "up to" to represent network capabilities between customer location and the TDS network. Most customers can expect to receive a stable speed within the range of the product purchased as allowed by the quality and capability of the connection; however, actual speeds experienced by customers vary and are not guaranteed. Some customers may receive lower than the indicated speed range. Speeds vary due to various factors, including but not limited to: distance from switching locations, network equipment, delivery technology, and external/internal network conditions. Speed tests may produce inconsistent results due to various factors, including the speed test program or website used, the number of devices connected to the customer's modem and whether the speed test is conducted over Wi-Fi. Customers that are not receiving the indicated speeds may cancel their service or downgrade to a lower-speed service without any termination or switching charges. In order to maximize Internet speeds above 100Mbps, a gigabit wired Network Interface Card (NIC) and/or a more advanced wireless NIC, preferably 802.11ac or higher is needed. TDS is not responsible for setup and preparation of the wireless router feature of the provided 4-port wireless router. Additional cabling or wiring work is the responsibility of the customer. A one-time shipping and handling fee of $14.95 applies on the router.

Phone Service: is for business customers only and requires a Multimedia Modem supplied by TDS. Service is power dependent. Long distance minutes are domestic for both Inter and IntraLATA in the 48 contiguous United States. Unlimited long distance is for business voice service. International, operator- and directory-assisted calls are not included. Third-party collect calls not allowed. Caller ID service requires a compatible phone or device. One-time phone installation charges may apply. Voice line charge applies to each line and requires TDS High-Speed Internet and TDS Long distance. Voice line charge applies to each line and requires TDS High-Speed Internet and TDS Long distance.

TDS Wi-Fi for Business: Wi-Fi+ for Business service includes two mesh wireless devices. Additional mesh wireless device(s) are available for an additional monthly fee. All troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, and network components is done over the phone, online chat, or remote Internet session. Technician visits are not offered as part of this service. TDS does not guarantee Wi-Fi+ for Business support can solve all problems. Other Internet equipment may be required, and normal fees apply. Handling fee may apply. Requires TDS Internet Service.

TDS Internet Security: does not affect Internet connection speeds. Subscriptions are available in 10 license packs and cover PC, Android, and Mac. Other operating systems are not covered. Other anti-virus software must be removed from your device before installing TDS Internet Security. Not all product features are available on all device types.

Remote Device Support: On-site visits are not offered as part of the service. All troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, and other network components is done over the phone, chat, or remote Internet session. Businesses with multiple locations must have one subscription per location. Services will be provided to hardware in the subscribed business location on a best-effort basis. TDS reserves the right to impose limits on the service when usage of the service imposes an excessive burden on the TDS support teams. TDS does not guarantee Remote Device Support can solve all problems. Remote Device Support services are subject to the TDS Terms of Service at http://hellotds.com/terms-of-service.
