TDS TV+ App
Get help troubleshooting common TDS TV+ app issues.
TDS TV+ subscribers can register five devices on an account and have up to three devices simultaneous streaming.
The TDS TV+ app only works at home on the TDS network. Please make sure your devices are connected to your TDS Internet connection. To watch TDS TV+ programming away from home, check out TDS TV+ Everywhere resources online.
Apple TV
Verify your router is working correctly by connecting to the Internet using another device.
- If you can connect to the Internet:
- Restart your Apple TV device
- If you’re unable to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your router or unplug it from its power source, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in
- If you’re still having issues with your connection, contact TDS TV+ Support at 541-668-6236

Android TV
Verify your router is working correctly by connecting to the Internet using another device.
- If you can connect to the Internet:
- Restart your Android TV device
- Go to your Settings and ensure you are connected to the Internet associated with the same account as your TDS TV+ subscription
- If you’re unable to connect:
- Restart your router or unplug the power and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in
- If you’re still having issues with your connection, contact TDS TV+ Support at 541-668-6236

Amazon TV Fire Stick
Verify that your router is working correctly by connecting to the Internet using another device.
- If you’re able to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your Amazon Fire TV Stick
- If you’re unable to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your router or unplug your router from power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in
- If you are still having issues with your connection, contact TDS TV+ Support at 541-668-6236
- Sign-in Error C638 – There was a problem signing into your account.:
- Restart your router or unplug your router from power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in
- Go to Settings on your Fire Stick. Click center button
- Scroll to “Applications”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Manage Installed Applications”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “TDS app”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Force Stop. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Clear data”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Clear cache”. Click center button
- Launch the TDS app and the error should be cleared.

Amazon Fire TV Cube
Verify that your router is working correctly by connecting to the Internet using another device.
- If you’re able to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your Amazon Fire TV Cube
- If you’re unable to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your router or unplug your router from power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in
- Sign-in Error C638 – There was a problem signing into your account.
- Go to Settings on your Fire Cube. Click center button
- Scroll to “Applications”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Manage Installed Applications”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “TDS app”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Force Stop. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Clear data”. Click center button
- Scroll down to “Clear cache”. Click center button

Xiaomi Mi Box
Verify your router is working correctly by connecting to the Internet using another device.
- If you can connect to the Internet:
- Restart your Android Mi Box device
- Go to your Settings and ensure you are connected to the Internet associated with the same account as your TDS TV+ subscription
- If you’re unable to connect to the Internet:
- Restart your router or unplug your router from power, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in
- If you’re still having issues with your connection, contact TDS TV+ Support at 541-668-6236
