I'm having problems making and/or receiving long distance calls from a rural location. How can I get help?
If you are experiencing unusual long delays or poor service quality (i.e. noise) when placing long distance calls, you may be experiencing rural call completion issues. Please contact TDS Repair for assistance at 1-888-273-2295, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us, it would be helpful to have date and time of problematic call attempts.
If you are having difficulty receiving calls from outside your local area, please have the person calling you report the problem to their long-distance service provider. If that’s not possible, you can report the problem to TDS. We will attempt to duplicate the problem and report it to the other long-distance provider.
