Your Access to TDS® Online Bill Pay Has Changed

The credentials you previously used to access Online Bill Pay no longer work.

Online Bill Pay is now part of the TDS Online Account.

That means you’ll log in to Online Bill Pay using the same user name and password that you use to: check TDS email, watch TV Everywhere, or manage your account.

What log-in credentials should you use?  

If you have a TDS Email account: 

Use your @tds.net, @bajabb.com, or @beyondbb.com email address and password combo to log in to Online Bill Pay.  Your email address serves as your user name.

If you watch TDS TVEverywhere:

Use that user name and password combo to access Online Bill Pay.

If you don’t have TDS email and don’t watch TVEverywhere:

You need to set up a new user name and password.  You’ll need to know either: the phone number or email address associated with your TDS account, or your account number and PIN. 

If you signed up for a new account after 3/20/19:

By making this change, we’ve eliminated the need for multiple user name and passwords on the TDS website. Now just one set of log-in credentials gives you access to all parts of your TDS Online Account:

  • Pay your bill
  • Check your email
  • Watch TVEverywhere
  • Add/change account users
  • Order new service
