BILLING SYSTEM CHANGES COMING SOON!
We’re implementing a new billing system in November. This is part of our ongoing effort to bring you better services.
As part of this change, you’ll get a new account number, bill format, and payment options.
Here’s what to expect:
Once the new billing system is implemented, we'll mail you a paper bill with your new account number. You’ll need to use your new account number to make monthly payments.
Important: If you use paperless billing, please confirm your mailing address on file is accurate to ensure you receive your new paper bill.
Easy payment options:
Under the new billing system, payment options will include:
- Pay Online: You can set up automatic payments online, as well as receive notifications, view statements, current balance, and current services for your TDS account.
- Pay by Bank: You’ll need to provide your bank with the updated information included on your new bill.
- Pay by Mail: You can use the remittance slip on your new bill to mail payment to the new address.
- Pay by Phone: There will be a new number to pay by phone. A charge does apply.

Important information:
Once the new billing system is implemented, existing automatic payments will no longer process. To set up new automatic payments, you will need to use your new account number. TDS will pause late payment fees temporarily to allow you time to update your payment method.
