Billing System Changes

TDS® implemented a new billing system. Starting March 10, you will have a new account number and will receive a new bill by mail, which you’ll use for your monthly payment.

See below for details on choosing your monthly payment method.

Monthly Payment Options

Pay Online

If you had automatic payments set up under the old billing system, they will no longer process. You must enroll in TDS ePay to resume automatic payments.

Enrolling in TDS ePay is easy. Log into My Account, then click the “View and Pay Bill” button and follow the prompts.

Pay by Bank

To pay by bank, you’ll need to provide your bank with updated information, which you’ll find in the number at the bottom of the first page of your bill. Your bank will need to know the following information:

A) Business Office Number: The first 4 digits of the number on your bill

B) Account Number: The next 7 digits of the number on your bill

C) Control Date: The next 8 digits of the number on your bill

You’ll also need to confirm the business name and remittance address:

TDS Telecom
PO BOX 94213
Palatine, IL 60094-4213

Pay by Mail

To pay your bill by mail, you’ll need to send payment to:

TDS
PO BOX 94213
Palatine, IL 60094-4213

Make sure to include the remittance slip from your bill when you mail in your payment!
