TDS Triple Play 2-Year Price Lock
Terms and Conditions
Effective November 1, 2016
This Promotional Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Customer") and TDS Telecommunications Corporation (“TDS Telecom”).
Required Services - TDS Telephone, TDS High-Speed Internet (Ultra 60 speed or higher), and TDS Expanded TV programming or higher. Required Services are also referred to as “Core Services” and collectively referred to herein as the "Bundle". If a customer terminates the Bundle or any portion of the Bundle, or is disconnected for non-pay, the price lock will be void.
Offer – The following customers will receive a price lock on qualifying Core services for 24 consecutive months:
- An existing TDS Telephone customer who adds TDS High-Speed Internet service AND TDS Expanded TV service to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS High-Speed Internet customer who adds TDS Expanded TV service AND TDS Telephone to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS Expanded TV customer who adds TDS High-Speed Internet AND TDS Telephone to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS Telephone and TDS High-Speed Internet customer who adds TDS Expanded TV to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS Telephone and TDS Expanded TV customer who adds TDS High-Speed Internet to complete a Bundle.
- A new customer who adds all three Required Services to complete a Bundle.
Other Terms: This Agreement incorporates by reference all applicable agreements, tariffs and any other documents setting forth the rates, terms and conditions of each service in Customer’s Bundle.

Required Services – Customer must have a Bundle that is made up of TDS High-Speed Internet (Ultra 60 speed or higher) and TDS Telephone OR TDS Expanded TV programming (or higher). Required services are collectively referred to herein as the "Bundle". If a customer terminates the Bundle or any portion of the Bundle, or is disconnected for non-pay, the price lock will be void.
Offer – The following customers will receive a price lock on qualifying Core Services for 24 consecutive months:
- An existing TDS Telephone customer who adds TDS High-Speed Internet service or TDS Expanded TV service to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS High-Speed Internet customer who adds TDS Expanded TV service to complete a Bundle.
- An existing TDS Expanded TV customer who adds TDS High-Speed Internet to complete a Bundle.
- A new customer who adds two Required Services to complete a Bundle.
Other Terms: This Agreement incorporates by reference all applicable agreements, tariffs and any other documents setting forth the rates, terms and conditions of each service in Customer’s Bundle.
TDS Internet-Only 1 Year Price Lock

This Promotional Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Customer") and TDS Telecommunications Corporation (“TDS Telecom”).
Required Services – Customer must have TDS High-Speed Internet (Ultra 60 speed or higher). If customer terminates Internet or is disconnected for non-pay, the price lock will be void.
Offer – New customers who add TDS Internet service will receive a price lock for 12 consecutive months.
Other Terms: This Agreement incorporates by reference all applicable agreements, tariffs and any other documents setting forth the rates, terms and conditions of each service in Customer’s Bundle.
Free CatchTV™ Offer for 12 Months

Effective November 1, 2016
This Promotional Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Customer") and TDS Telecommunications Corporation (“TDS Telecom”).
Required Services – Customer must have TDS Expanded TV programming (or higher) and TDS High-Speed Internet (Ultra 60 speed or higher). If a customer terminates the Bundle or any portion of the Bundle, or is disconnected for non- pay, credit is void.
Offer – Customers who add new CatchTV service to their qualifying Bundle will receive a $13.00 credit on their bill for 12 months. This credit applies to CatchTV whole-home gateway only. DVR Service Fee, Advanced Wireless Modem, and any additional CatchTV Media Players are extra. Normal fees apply. Other wiring, installation, and equipment deposits may apply.

High-Speed Internet availability varies and speeds shown may not be available at all service addresses. Actual speeds experienced by customers vary and are not locked. Speed ranges shown are expressed as “up to” to represent network capabilities between customer location and the TDS network. Speeds vary due to factors including: distance from switching locations and external/internal network conditions. Additional equipment may be required and charges may apply. A $15 service charge will apply to existing customers who switch plans without increasing speed or adding qualifying service. TDS® is a registered trademark of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc.
